The year is 2050 and Mrs. Gertrude Noah has won a competition. The prize is a pre-launch tour around Britain's newest space station, the Britannia 7. Unfortunately, through a series of errors, the space station is launched into space with Mrs. Noah and other non-astronauts still aboard. Now Ground Control is faced with bringing them safely back to earth.
