Our heroes try to escape the pirates but Esteban and Tao are captured and taken to the pirate camp. Mendoza persuades Zia to try to pilot the Golden Condor and fly to the aid of the boys. Tao and Esteban try to escape but they are spotted by Pang-Zi, the leader of the pirates, who wants to know everything about the Big Gold bird.
