When a young Puerto Rican, Marco Espinoza, is found next to the corpse of his former girlfriend, he is arrested and charged with her murder. Father Baxter begs Tony to help and convinces Tony that Marco was unconscious at the time of the victim's death, but when Baxter admits to Tony that he is Marco's father, Tony can't trust the priest's word about Marco's whereabouts.
