Lena has a new boyfriend. His name is Lowietje and he's a boxer. After a fight Lena and Lowietje go to the cafe, where Lowietje drops to the floor and is unconscious. Kootje calls for an ambulance and Lowietje is rushed to the hospital, where he is diagnosed with a crack in his skull.
