They're not satisfied with extortion and small fires but continue until the desperate owners sell, actually all to Marc Deferme's petrol company ArdOli. Xavier 'joins' the clumsy gang to find out if Deferme pays the thugs. Meanwhile Rick helps housekeeper Josefien flirt with mailman Ernest.
