The attempts of the Newspaper Club to collect evidence of the Public Safety Commission's corruption causes Tsukune's arrest on "suspicion of being a human" along with Moka, Kurumu and Mizore being taken in as people of interest. After coercive questioning (and torture with water in Moka's case), Tsukune is forced to admit being a human. His confession now community knowledge within Youkai Academy and Moka jailed for being an accessory to his deception, Tsukune is taken away for sentencing much to the disbelief and shock of Kurumu-tachi (Kurumu, Yukari, and Mizore). What happens to him is left hanging in the balance.
